On Thursday, September 14, Tenacity Brewing of Flint will be pulling pints for hunger relief.
From open to close (3-10 p.m.), they’ll donate $1 from every pour of Sit Down Session IPA to the Food Bank of Eastern Michigan. A pint for you means good food for a neighbor in need.
Tenacity opened in early 2015 as Flint’s sole brewery, a distinction they hold to this day. Located in an old firehouse, the brewery is noted for its comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. They have a variety of beers and ciders on tap.
The brewery’s fundraiser for the Food Bank of Eastern Michigan is keeping with their community-centric ethos. The brewery was partially funded by supporters on Kickstarter and they’ve raised money for the Flint Child Health and Development Fund throughout the city’s Water Crisis.
Tenacity is located at 119 North Grand Traverse Street.
